Vivi turns 1

On Vivi's actual birthday, we decided to go as a family to Chuck e Cheese.  CeCe loves it and it's a great place to go to for some good pizza and quick fun.

At one year, Vivi:

- has 6 teeth, 4 on top and 2 on bottom.  She has a gap in her top 2 teeth, just like her nannie!
- wears 12-18 months size clothes and size 4 diapers
- goes to bed between 7-8:00pm, will sleep until about 6am.  we'll give her some milk and she'll go back to sleep for another 30 minutes to an hour
- still drinks milk from a bottle
- eats everything you put in front of her.  She especially loves bananas, yogurt, veggies
- repeats words and sounds, and adds a lot of expression in her voice.
- says CeCe, ni-ni (night night), mama, da-deee (daddy), shoe
- walks over with shoes in her hands, holds them out for us to put them on her, says 'shoe' in a high pitched voice.  She LOVES changing her shoes, just like her sister
- will give hugs and kisses when asked (some of the time...mainly for daddy)
- loves her daddy, boy is she a daddy's girl.  hates it when he leaves the room or leaves the house.
- walks around and 'talks' on the phone (mostly to daddy).  she'll even hold it with her shoulder.
- needs soothers.  she uses a paci and has a 'minnie' lovey.  this is new for us.  cece was never attached to anything in particular.  but vivi has to have these.  it's not everywhere we go, mainly just when she's sleepy.  she'll say 'mi-nee' and will go look for it if we say "where's minnie."  I'll tell her to "throw it away" and she'll take her paci out of her mouth and leave it in her bed.

- not only walks everywhere, but runs.  sometimes her body can't keep up with her legs.  when she tries to go fast, she usually falls.

- is a little stinker.  she'll try to stand up in the rocking chair or on the fireplace and give us a smirk, knowing that she's not supposed to

- has a laid back, easy going demeanor.

- is very playful and her favorite 'toys' are phones and remotes

- keeps up with her sister pretty well.  she can definitely hold her own.  she'll even break out a pinch or 2 if sister is giving her a hard time.

- nicknames: chunker, chunker girl, chunka-munka

- responds only to Vivi though!

I don't have her stats yet, so I'll update later with those.  

Happy Birthday to my sweet angel baby.  You are such a smiley, happy little girl and such a joy to be around.  I love your kissable cheeks and your cuddly hugs.  You definitely love your mama, but daddy is your everything and I can't wait to see how that special bond grows and develops as you get older.  I beg and beg for a kiss and get one on a rare occasion, but daddy gets one every time...and I'm completely ok with that.  God knew what He was doing when he blessed us with you, a couple of years ahead of our schedule.  He definitely knows best.  I wouldn't have it any other way.  Love you princess :)
