Still sick...

A couple of weeks ago, CeCe finished off a round of antibiotics for her double ear infections. That following week, she started to run a low grade fever off and on and kept touching her ear so I took her back to the doctor for a check up. Sure enough she still had an infection in her right ear. She is on her second antibiotic and her last day to take that is tomorrow. She has her 15 month well visit tomorrow so I'm hoping for good news that the infection is gone. It's seems like she has been sick for months now...well probably because she has. She has constantly had something going on with her. At the very least she has had a constant runny nose, which is no fun. We've gone through 4 boxes of tissues in just a couple of weeks. I feel like there is nothing more we can do for this girl. She was on a small dose of benadryl to help dry her nose up, has taken motrin at night for the pain from her ear infections, nasal saline, chest rub, and has a humidifier going while she sleeps. We've done everything we can possibly do for her at this age. So I'm just praying that God will calm this weather down a bit and give us some consistency. Temps in the 60's would be nice but I'll take 50's at this point. I hope that Spring will bring better health!
